Terms & Conditions of Carriage

1.Chargable weight is volumetric weight or actual weight which ever is higher
2.It shall be Your obligation to ensure that the consignment/goods do not contain any materials which is prohibited or considered contraband by law.
3.Our liability incases of any Loss or Damage to the consignment shall not exceed Rs.200/- if value not declared at the time of booking.We request you to declare the value of the consignment in the consignment note at the time of booking.
4.Consignments addressed to a Post Box Number cannot be delivered.
5.Proof of Delivery can be made available on customer’s request and such a request should be made with 45 days of the dispatch of the consignment. No claims will be accepted after the time limit.
6.Octroi or any other charges levied by any Central/State/Local Authorities wherever applicable shall be extra and the consignor should pay it.
7.The company shall not be liable for any loss arises due to the causes beyond our control such as Floods,Fire,Accident,Theft,War etc.
8.Every efforts is made to adhere to the delivery schedule, but it may be delayed in the circumstances beyond our control.
9.Company will not be responsible for any loss arises due to confiscation by any government agencies due to lack of proper documents.
10.Consignments addressed to Ministry offices and central government offices in New delhi are put in the Box at he gate, due to security reasons as per the direction of Central Government.
11.We request you to declared the contents of the consignment and value at the time of booking and insure that it properly mentioned on the consignment note issued.
